Poster Deadline Almost Here!

The 2020 RRS Annual Meeting will be here before we know it! Your submitted abstract has been accepted for a poster presentation, but our records show that you have not registered for the meeting yet. If you are not registered for the meeting by September 25th, you will lose your opportunity to present your poster however your abstract will remain in the program book.

Details and Deadlines

1. The presenting author must be registered for the meeting by September 25th. To Register, please click HERE.

2. Your poster file must be sent to RRS Headquarters by September 25th to guarantee inclusion on the platform.

Poster File specifications – Get creative!
Required ONE Page PDF. This would be equivalent to your poster on site. In addition, Authors and Presenters can also add audio and video for a more engaging presentation.

Optional:
How to enhance your poster and provide narrative to the audience:
Directions for voiceover recording into your PPT or Keynote files:
a. For PC Users
b. For Mac Users

Preferred method of uploading the optional voiceover recording into dropbox is in a MP4.

3. Your completed file/s should be submitted to Dropbox (max file size is 350MB).
